Life’s really hard. Sometimes it could really upset your mood, frustrate you and make you wonder if all these problems are worth facing and the effort you put in is worth it. I have felt this a few times. But I have found two easy videos which can pick me up and I think they might be able to help you too.

Worrying is something humans do by nature. For everything you do – whether you’re waiting for a text message, an email, a phone call or anything important, we, as humans have a nature to think about it over and over again and worry about it. But all this worrying is useless. Sure it gives you something to do and think about and gets you through the rest of the day by causing pain to your life, but it still is useless.
