Smoothies are easy to prepare and very refreshing especially on a hot day. They are also healthy, when you avoid using ingredients like ice cream, cream, sugar, and use ingredients like ice, low fat yoghurt, and skimmed milk.
They make the perfect summers drink in countries with good summers unlike here in the UK where summer’s just 3 days long. I am just kidding you can drink them in the cold too.
So here’s a healthy and clean recipe for a pineapple, orange juice and mango smoothie. It’s very easy to prepare – All you need is a pineapple, a mango, some orange juice and ice. It should only take you a few minutes to prepare.

The ingredients you require include a pineapple, a mango, 400 to 500 ml orange juice and some ice.
1. Peel and cut the pineapple and mango and add them to a separate jar or the blender, depending upon the type of blender you’re using.
2. Add the orange juice to the Jar and blend till smooth.
3. After it becomes a smooth mixture, add the ice.
4. Continue blending till the ice mixes in and becomes smooth too.
5. Serve, drink and enjoy.
Optional ingredients: Bananas and low fat yoghurt are a couple of optional ingredients that can be added to this smoothie.
