Everybody you meet has got opinions. People think what you do isn’t good enough whether it is writing, cooking, gardening, playing sports or anything else. There’s someone always out there who wants to give you there opinion and tell you what you did was wrong or isn’t good enough. They might not be good at it or know much about what you’re doing, but they somehow know a way, which will help you become good at it.
Life’s really hard. Sometimes it could really upset your mood, frustrate you and make you wonder if all these problems are worth facing and the effort you put in is worth it. I have felt this a few times. But I have found two easy videos which can pick me up and I think they might be able to help you too.

We also need to be thankful that we have the opportunity to enjoy all these tips, entertainment and content over the internet. As there are many people out there who are unlucky and cannot afford to use the internet or even get proper food or shelter.

Worrying is something humans do by nature. For everything you do – whether you’re waiting for a text message, an email, a phone call or anything important, we, as humans have a nature to think about it over and over again and worry about it. But all this worrying is useless. Sure it gives you something to do and think about and gets you through the rest of the day by causing pain to your life, but it still is useless.
